Loop Fiesta Costume Rental Agreement (Terms and Conditions)


1. Fitting & Consultation Fee 

A fitting fee of RM 30.00 applies to all first-time customers. This fee is non-refundable but is fully deductible from the rental total if a booking is made during the same session.

2. Reservations & Payments 

Full payment of the rental fee is required to confirm a reservation. All bookings are final. Under the "No Refund Policy," payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.

3. Modification (Restocking) Fee

 A restocking fee of RM 30.00 per costume will be charged for any "change of mind" requests or swaps made after a reservation has been finalized. Swaps are subject to outfit availability.

4. Costume Care & Usage Restrictions

To protect our collection, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • No Alterations: No sewing, cutting, or permanent modifications. Temporary pinning (using safety pins) is only allowed with prior staff approval.
  • No Adhesives: The use of fashion tape, duct tape, glue, or any adhesive directly on the fabric is strictly forbidden..
  • No Ironing: Many of our costumes are made of synthetic materials that melt or scorch easily. Do not attempt to iron. You may steam the items at home at your own risk. Please contact us for advice..
  • No Scents: Do not spray perfume, cologne, or deodorants directly on the costume. Heavy scents are difficult to remove and will incur a RM 50.00 specialized deodorizing fee.
  • No Washing: Do not attempt to launder or dry-clean the items. Professional cleaning is included in your rental.

5. Rental Duration & Return Policy 

The standard rental period is three (3) business days, inclusive of the collection day.

  • Return Deadline: Items must be returned strictly during our operating hours.
  • Operating Hours:  Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM   and  Saturday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Sundays & Public Holidays: If the return date falls on a Sunday or a Public Holiday when the shop is closed, the item must be returned on the next immediate business day to avoid late charges.
  • Extensions: Must be requested and paid for at the time of reservation.
  • Late Penalties: Returns after the stipulated day will incur a late fee of RM 30 per day. If the late fee exceeds the security deposit, the full deposit will be forfeited.

6. Security Deposit & Refund Method 

A refundable security deposit is required for each item.

  • Cash Deposits: Will be refunded in full immediately upon return of the item(s) in good order.
  • Digital Deposits (QR/Online Transfer): If the deposit is paid via QR code or bank transfer, a flat RM 10.00 processing fee will be charged to cover bank transaction costs and refund processing. 
  • Refund Timeline: Digital refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 3–5 business days after the item is returned and inspected. Customers must provide accurate bank account details at the time of return.

7. Damage, Loss, & Replacement 

Items must be returned in original condition

  • Damage: This includes, but is not limited to, permanent stains, burns, tears, or lost accessories.
  • Replacement Cost: If an item is lost or ruined, the customer is liable for the full retail replacement cost plus a flat RM 20.00 sourcing/delivery fee. Any balance not covered by the deposit is due immediately as additional rent.
